The principal of using ergonomic accommodation, rather than periodic instruction, was drilled into my head from the very beginning of my career. I was really lucky to work with world-class architects and user-experience designers early-on and I learned to accommodate the liquid behavior of visitors to a site and how to optimize the time that a guest spends at your location.
